Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 19, 2026

At Lumeon Services, we strive for excellence in every delivery. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we have a specific set of "Fair Use" refund rules:

1. Delivered Products

Once a product has been successfully delivered and is functional, all sales are final. We do not offer "change of mind" refunds for digital assets that have already been accessed or downloaded.

2. Non-Functional Products

If the product you received is broken, bugged, or simply does not work as advertised, we will make it right.

  • Step 1: Open a Discord ticket and provide details/screenshots of the issue.
  • Step 2: Our team will attempt to fix the issue for you.
  • Step 3: If we cannot get the product working for you, a full refund will be issued.

3. Duplicate Payments

Accidents happen! If you accidentally paid twice for the same product, don't worry. Open a ticket with your transaction IDs, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.

4. Processing Times

Once a refund is approved in your Discord ticket, it usually takes 2–3 business days to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank.
